The Stamina AeroPilates Pro XP 557 Reformer is a pilates machine suitable for both light commercial and home use. This model includes a Free-Form Cardio Rebounder along with the traditional bar, that allows you to enjoy a valuable cardiovascular workout in addition to strengthening your core and improving your flexibility.

Rather than resistance bands, the XP557 uses springs, which provide studio feel and performance. In addition to fantastic performance, the XP557 looks great in any setting with real wood on each end and finely crafted components.

This Stamina offers four levels of resistance and is capable of over one hundred exercises for all fitness levels. It elevates fifteen inches for the more advanced user. This reformer includes two instructional workout videos to teach you to use the machine correctly and proficiently.

The Stamina AeroPilates Pro XP 557 Reformer has adjustable handgrips, ropes and straps that allow it to fit any user. To accommodate taller users the rails are an additional five inches, compared to a standard reformer. The commercial grade wheels supply a smooth carriage glide.

The Cardio Rebounder will attach easily to the base to provide a rebounder workout. This allows you to rebound in a prone position. This gives the user a quality low-impact cardiovascular workout that is easy on connective tissue and joints. It allows you to get to a target heart rate and keep it up as well as with a treadmill. To reach hard to access waist, thigh and hip muscles the user can position their feet in or out.
