The oak-finished wood construction and heavy-steel frame provide the quality and look of expensive gym reformers, yet at an affordable price. The straps, handgrips and ropes are adjustable to fit anyone. The additional five inches in rail length and the three position adjustable footrest offer comfortable use for taller people. The wheels are of commercial grade and give a smooth carriage glide.

The machine works the same as a rebounder because it comes with the Cardio Rebounder that easily attaches and detaches from the base. With this added feature you can do rebounding exercises while laying on the reformer. This allows for a great cardiovascular workout that is low-impact. This workout is mild to your joints and tendons but challenging enough to achieve and maintain a target heart rate just as effectively as a treadmill. By turning your feet in or out the user can isolate different muscle groups such as hips, waist and thighs.
