Stamina Aero Pilates Head and Neck Support Pillow offers support to the normal curve of the neck while executing some Pilates Reformer exercises. It is important to be aware that the pillow is no to be used with every exercise. This pillow is to be used for support, postural alignment and comfort during inclined exercises on the reformer. It is not to be used with exercises that require lifting the hips above the head.

The Stamina Aero Pilates Head and Neck Support Pillow is simple to set up, you only need to put the pillow top of the headrest in the level position, be sure to put the thickest part close the carriage to allow it to pad beneath your neck. The last step is to secure the support pillow to the headrest with the elastic bands. The pillow moves easily toward you or away as needed until comfy.
