Stamina AeroPilates 55-4650 with Free-Form Cardio Rebounder lets you bring a cardio fitness program into your AeroPilates routine by adding the Free-Form Cardio Rebounder. It is a known fact that you can increase and maintain a target heart rate just as efficiently as with a treadmill. This AeroPilates workout is easy on the hips, back and joints.

The Aero Pilates 4650 is equipped with 4 resistance bands and a stand, these are usually only found on the much more costly reformers. These extra features allow you to perform many more difficult exercises. There are fifty different exercises that you will be able to perform with only this piece of exercise equipment.
